Fuller Sudlow is a full service, property and casualty insurance brokerage firm representing over 30 different insurance carriers. Mark Sudlow

Founding Partner, Producer

Mark is a Founding Partner of Fuller Sudlow which he helped launch in 2012 after leaving a career in the mortgage business. While successful in the mortgage industry, Mark found himself increasingly drawn to the ongoing nature of relationships with clients afforded through the insurance industry. Alongside John Fuller, Mark set out to create a unique independent insurance agency which leverages key relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, financial planners and tax professionals in the greater Atlanta area. Their vision for the agency was one which takes a holistic view of insurance planning and the integration it has with tax, wealth accumulation and protection of other assets.

As a lifelong native Atlanta resident, Mark actually grew up just a few miles from the agency’s current location. Mark and his wife Katy live in Sandy Springs and have two children (Maddy & Byrnes). When not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, reading history and spending time with his family as well as coaching his kids various teams.

Cristy Rhodes

Personal Lines Account Executive

Cristy hails from the Palmetto state and joined Fuller Sudlow in the beginning of 2022 to head up the personal lines division. Cristy began her career with Nationwide Insurance before switching over to an Independent agency in 2007. Having experience in commercial and personal insurance gives Cristy a unique understanding of the industry. Cristy’s main focus is helping our clients with her specialized, client first approach.

Cristy and her husband Rusty live in Anderson, South Carolina with their four children. When not working Cristy enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the Clemson Tigers.

Wendy Ledford, CISR Elite, CLCS

Commercial Lines Account Executive

Wendy was born and raised in Roswell, Georgia and moved with her family to Canton in 1980. She graduated Cherokee High School and attended Kennesaw State University.

Wendy has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She began her career on the insurance carrier side with Travelers Insurance in 1985. In 2001, she left Travelers to be a “stay at home Mom” after she and her husband, David, adopted their one and only child, Abigail. When Abbie entered elementary school, she found herself missing time in the professional world and decided to continue her insurance career with an independent agency in the metro Atlanta area.

 Wendy currently serves as a Commercial Lines Account Manager dedicated to making sure her clients’ insurance needs are not only met, but satisfied in a timely and efficient manner. She understands that our clients have a choice in who manages their insurance risks and she strives to deliver on commitments to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded.

 Wendy most enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys cooking, traveling and outdoor activities such as walking, hiking and biking.

David S. Arthur, CPCU

Producer

David joined Fuller Sudlow in 2019 and brought with him over 27 years of experience offering risk management advice to both commercial and personal clients. Through his expertise, he is able to thoughtfully and thoroughly highlight the unique risks his clients’ face and how those risks could prevent them from reaching their financial goals. Through a detailed review process, David is able to help clients make an informed decisions on how best to transfer risks to a qualified insurance company or navigate the decision to self-insure. David understands that everyone is different and has unique risk tolerance levels. As such, he sees that his role is to help determine that level and design a program to fit their tolerance level.

David lives in Ball Ground, GA with his wife Julie and their two teenage children. He most enjoys playing golf with his 16 year old son and 13 year old daughter.

Lynn Sane, CISR, CWAC

Commercial Lines Account Executive

Lynn is a life-long South Carolina native and current Commercial Lines Account Executive at Fuller Sudlow. Lynn passionately believes in Fuller Sudlow’s commitment to honesty, service and expertise.

Following graduation, Lynn jumped straight into the insurance industry. Her insurance career began over 27 years ago as an Agency Manager for State Farm, but she also gained valuable experience in a commercial claims role that she held for some time.

 In 2010, Lynn switched gears and started a new path with an independent agency in Greenville, South Carolina. This opportunity gave her the ability to expand her knowledge in the commercial lines sector. In 2014, Lynn successfully completed all required courses to be recognized and designated as a duty accredited Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). In 2017, Lynn successfully completed the Certified Authority on Worker Compensation (CAWC) program which recognizes an individual’s knowledge and expertise in the workers’ compensation field.

 Lynn joined Fuller Sudlow in the Spring of 2020 and brings with her invaluable insurance marketing experience. This experience has helped grow the Agency’s commercial footprint as she leverages her deep industry knowledge and commitment to superb customer service.

 Lynn and her husband Dereck live in Pelzer, South Carolina and 4 adult children. Lynn & Dereck enjoy competitive long distance running, hiking, and traveling. Of the 6 family members, 2 are active military.

Adriana Nardulli

Commercial Lines Account Executive

Adriana was born and raised in Illinois, just outside of Chicago. After finishing school, she moved to Belvidere, IL to begin her career in the insurance industry and start a family. Adriana’s entire career in insurance has been spent assisting clients through the independent agency channel where she is able to provide advice & options on a number of different coverages from many highly rated carriers. In her first ten years, she gained valuable experience servicing all types of accounts at a local agency. In 2014, she and her family moved to South Carolina where she began work with another independent agency servicing commercial lines clients of all sizes. Adriana joined Fuller Sudlow in 2023 and brings with her nearly two decades of expertise and incredible client service acumen.

Adriana and her husband Joseph now reside in Greenville, SC with their two children Anthony and Marina. When not working Adriana enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as trips to the nearby beaches and mountains!

Charles A. Lankau, JD, PCIA

Insurance Advisor

Charles has been an attorney, professor, and now is an insurance advisor. Born in New York City, raised in South Florida, he has spent about 20 years of his adult life living in Georgia. Charles attended the University of Miami for undergrad and law, earning a BA and Law Degree. He practiced law as a criminal prosecutor and civil trial attorney, then worked in academia at Cornell University, The University of Georgia, and Wake Forest University. Charles spent the majority of his legal career defending insureds who had been sued by plaintiffs’ lawyers. In 2000, he began a career in academia teaching Business Law courses and Insurance courses at the University of Georgia. While teaching at UGA, Charles learned about the exciting career that his graduates were pursuing as Insurance and Risk professionals throughout the industry. He was especially interested in the idea of providing high quality services and coverages to busy families and businesses alike. Joining Fuller Sudlow in 2022, Charles excels in providing clients with excellent insurance solutions and seamless coverage that meets their needs.

Charles is life-long athlete who enjoys fitness training, golf, watersports, overland camping, and race car driving. He has three boys, Charles the entrepreneur, Jay the freelance writer, and Nick the musician and college student.
